The HALO Foundation was founded in 2011 by Cami Marseilles shortly after her 17- month-old son Kai began to show autistic-like symptoms. Shortly after noticing Kai's symptoms, her youngest son Koa also showed signs. Cami became determined to educate families about appropriate therapy options and to help lower income families afford otherwise unattainable treatments.
Cami Marseilles is no stranger to education. She obtained a Master's degree in Dance from CSULB and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona. She has taught for over 24 years at high schools, including Palos Verde Peninsula, Corona Del Mar High School, and Back Bay High School in California. She is a professional dancer and choreographer that has numerous awards and recognitions.
Cami currently teaches Dance, Yoga and is the ASB Director at Back Bay High School. Cami also found a love for Yoga when her sons were diagnosed and have completed her 200-hour power yoga certification, 200-hour hot yoga certification, barre certification, and yoga sculpt certification. She teaches at studios such as Core Power Yoga, Peak State Yoga, and more. She has had the pleasure of leading many yoga retreats for people to unique places such as Costa Rica. Cami’s goal as an Educator is to make every student at any age seen, heard, and loved.
Amanda Cathey, Executive Director of Halo Dance 4 Autism
Amanda Cathey, a dancer since age 3 and a teacher since age 15, is an inspiring and professionally trained dancer, teacher, and choreographer with a tenacious work ethic and focused initiative committed to motivating student development and passion for learning dance. Extensive professional dance background and experience inclusive of twenty years of dance instruction in all levels, including contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical and musical theater. Successful results as artistic director, growing and running a thriving competitive dance program and an award-winning competition studio in Orange County for 15 years.
Amanda is currently a Master Teacher for Disney and the Imagination Campus; she is the Co-Founder, Director, and choreographer of Imprint Dance Company, a professional based dance company in Orange County and a competitive dance company that gives opportunities to adult and younger dancers to help infuse them into a more professional dance career setting, she is the Executive Director of HALO Dance 4 Autism, a non-profit using dance to raise money or families affected by autism; She is co-chair of Special Education Parent Advisory Committee for Murrieta Valley Unified working with district officials to strengthen the relationship between them and families of special needs. Amanda is the Coach of “Vitality” Dance Team at Temecula Valley High School.
Amanda has choreographed for over 20 years and performed for over 30 years for prestigious dance studios worldwide, winning choreography awards, national championships, Industry Dance Awards, World Choreography Awards, America’s Got Talent, Matel Inc, Miami Dolphin Cheerleaders, CADTD Dance Convention, Dance & Movement Workshop for Educators at Chapman University. She has had the opportunity to choreograph and direct music videos, including one for an upcoming Artist that was featured on NBC’s “The Voice”. She has been on different competitive judging panels and loves watching dancers grow each year.
Amanda’s former professional work includes being a member of World of Dance choreographer Tessandra Chavez’s company Unity, Dancer for Disney Parades, and a special event dancer for Black Eyed Peas, Fergi, No Doubt, and Snoop Dogg and opened for Steve Augeri (Journey). She has presented her own choreography at Club Jete and Carnival and has been a highlighted choreographer in the Orange County Revue Shows “Loose Cannons"; and “RAW Artists” presenting many different works of choreography ranging in different styles of dance. Amanda currently resides in Murrieta, CA, with her husband, Captain of the Torrance Fire Department, Chris, her beautiful children, Grayson, Jack, and Sophia, and her two pups, Harley and Zoey. Amanda believes that dance is more than just movements and steps; it’s a conversation with your body. She also believes in an inclusive learning environment and that all children can learn anything with a motivational teacher.
Tim Stevenson, Creative Director of Halo Dance 4 Autism
In choreography Tim has worked with some of the industry’s greatest like Jennifer Lopez, Destiny’s Child, Jo Dee Messina, Usher, Johnny Knoxville and Paris Hilton. Tim comes from an extensive background in all styles of dance and has performed in concerts, television award shows, and music videos all over the world with with Jennifer Lopez, Boys II Men, Usher, Brandy, TLC, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Skechers USA and More. A nine year professor in dance at Long Beach State University, 2 years at Chapman University and 6 years at OCHSA , Tim is also a dance educator. Outside of all his projects Tim finds the time to create a dance convention that brings together some of the greatest educators in the world called “Dance aTaK” and has successfully produced and directed 9 doc u-series episodes of 305 fights TV and edited a full length documentary called “Taking the Fight”

Kelly Devine,
Creative Director of Halo Dance 4 Autism
Kelly Devine received her BFA in Theater & Dance from Chapman University. She went on to work professionally as a dancer, model and actor, all while teaching and judging for Dance Conventions and Competitions across the country.
Kelly taught at San Clemente High School for many years, where she was honored in receiving Orange County’s “Arts Educator of the year” award.
In 2009, She and Tim Stevenson teamed up to create a better dance convention experience. Together they created Dance aTaK - to advance dance education in a positive, dynamic, and SAFE environment; Teaching and inspiring dancers through intensives with the industry's top dance educators.
HALO dance 4 Autism became a very meaningful component of Dance aTaK (and the start of #teamdanceatak) when Kelly’s own son was diagnosed. HALO has been so very important in her life and and she is absolutely thrilled to embark on the future of Dance aTaK x HALO!
Jessica Wolf, Creative Director of Halo Dance 4 Autism
Jessica Wolf holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Chapman University and is currently attaining her Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition: focused on Health and Wellness. She is currently the Co-founder, director, and choreographer for “Imprint Dance Company”, a professional based and competitive dance company that gives opportunities to adult and younger dancers to help infuse them into a more professional dance career setting, and Artistic Director of XD Studios where she is able to create an atmosphere of love for dance for kids as young as 18months old through professional level adults, Creative Director for HALO: Dance for autism where she has the opportunity to help raise funds for scholarships and learning opportunities for children with Autism, and she is on Faculty at Millennium Dance Complex. Jessica is a nationally ranked choreographer and has choreographed numerous award-winning dances and achieved many high-level awards at local and national competitions including many specific choreography awards and high-ranking dances at the esteemed Youth American Grand Prix. She is a diversely trained dancer in Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, and Tap dance styles.
Jessica’s previous work she was an opening cast dancer member for Disneyland’s “Parade of Dreams” and a dancer in “A Christmas Fantasy” Parade. Duke University attended the American Dance Festival, an acclaimed modern dance technique training program, and she studied the works of Martha Graham and trained under; Laura Dean, Larry Keigwin, David Dorfman, Pilobolus, and many other legends of modern dance. She presented her own choreography at Club Jete and Carnival and has been a highlighted choreographer in the Orange County Revue Shows “Loose Cannons" and “RAW Artists” presenting many different works of choreography ranging in different styles of dance. She has been the Director and co-creator of the “Concrete Dance Initiative” a professional Orange County Contemporary and Hip-Hop Dance Company. Commercially, she has danced for Music Videos, Television and worked with artists such as Beyonce, LMFAO, opened for Steve Augeri (Journey) to name a few. She has also performed as a company member with the professional dance company “Unity Dance Ensemble” Under the Direction of Tessandra Chavez and Theo Ivey. She has performed in many shows including Carnival and Club Jete in Los Angeles, under the direction of Tiffany Billings, Elm Pizarro, Cameron Graham and Maryann Chavez. She has trained as a Dancer with the acclaimed “Academy of Villains” Crew in Los Angeles, and danced with the“JanFam Movement” working with Tina Landon, Terry Bixler, Anthony “Bam Bam Thomas’, Gus Giodano to name a few. She also was a company member of Twisted Elegance LA . She has been on numerous competitive judging panels and loves to remind dancers they are capable of much more than they ever imagined all they must do is "step over the line". Jessica is always attempting to improve her own abilities as a dancer, teacher, choreographer, visionary, director, artist, and mover. She has a unique contagious teaching style and can’t wait to continue to share it with the world.
